Heartopia Hobby Unlock Order
If you feel lost, follow hobbies in a calm order. Unlock one system, learn the daily loop, then move to the next. This is easier than trying fishing, cooking, insects, bird watching, pets, and decorating all at once.
Simple unlock priority
- Basic errands and home storage: learn how to empty your bag and reset your route.
- Fishing: easy early hobby because locations and weather are clear.
- Gardening and flowers: start small before crossbreeding.
- Cooking: check ingredients and energy before batch cooking.
- Insects and birds: these need more patience with time, weather, and movement.
- Pets: plan around Mrs. Joan, adoption, pet care, and daily routine.

Mentor route
When a hobby feels locked, check the related mentor NPC and map location first. A lot of confusion is not about the hobby itself, but about missing the person who introduces it.
