Tools and workflow

Heartopia tools that make the guide useful, not just readable.

This page now has a saved daily checklist, a database search, and a practical content collection workflow. Use it while playing so every session improves the site.

Recipe profit calculator

This is intentionally simple: add the total ingredient cost, the cooked sell price, and how many you want to make. It helps players decide whether a recipe is worth batch cooking.

Result

Enter a recipe to see profit, batch profit, and whether it looks better as food or money.

Player note: profit is not everything. A lower-profit dish can still be worth keeping if it saves a long walk or supports an event route.

Choose your current conditions, then use the route suggestion as a starting point.

Why this helps: players search less when the site turns conditions into one clear next action.

How to collect guide data while playing

Start with samples

Use the sample tables for codes, fish, recipes, pets, flowers, and NPC gifts before deciding what to do today.

Record conditions

For fish, bugs, birds, and flowers, write down location, time, weather, tool/bait, and whether the item is event-limited.

Update one page

After each session, improve only one guide page. This keeps quality high and avoids thin duplicate content.

Simple route for new players

1. Notices

Check official notices, codes, and events before spending energy.

2. Town

Talk to key residents, especially when unlocking pets or hobby systems.

3. Hobby

Pick one hobby loop: fishing, gardening, bug catching, birdwatching, or cooking.

4. Storage

Save rare, pet, event, and crafting items until you know their purpose.

5. Home

Decorate one small corner instead of spreading resources across the whole house.

6. Notes

Log new data for the website: names, values, unlocks, and conditions.
